Return Policy At Nature Stones we want you to be completely satisfied. If you choose to return any item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. Notify us by email of your intention to return the product. Enclose a copy of the invoice with the returning item. We recommend that the returning item be insured. If it is not, and it is lost or damaged in the mail, we cannot issue you a refund.
